At EKM Metering, we stand behind the quality of our submetering equipment and offer a 30-day return window for products in their original condition. We strive to ensure every customer finds the right metering solution for their specific application.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any hardware back to our facility.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the meters, CTs, or communication devices in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship the package via a carrier that provides tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the functionality and condition of the returned electronics, a refund will be processed to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.
